George Hsu
Chairman of the Board
George Hsu is a founder and board member of PNI Sensor Corporation. He has focused his 20 year career on the sensor industry, having invented several magnetic sensor breakthroughs, including the Magneto-Inductive technology which is the core of today's electronic compassing in both the automotive and consumer markets. He is a graduate of Stanford University School of Engineering, holds several patents, and is a much-published author of technical articles on sensor theory, design and applications. |

Becky Oh
President and CEO
Becky Oh is the President/CEO of PNI Sensor Corporation. Throughout her 13 years with the company Ms. Oh has held a range of senior-level positions, from operations to technical business development. She received an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT. Her keen direction and technical knowledge has guided PNI Sensor Corporation's successful integration of its magneto-inductive sensor technology into dozens of state-of-the-art commercial and military applications. These products range from position sensors for TALON tactical robots, to attitude heading reference systems for NOAA's deep-water buoys, to large-scale consumer applications such as the digital compasses found in Ford, GM and Chrysler automobiles. Ms. Oh holds multiple patents in the area of devices with multi-sensing and reporting capabilities. |

Andrew Taylor, Ph.D.
VP Engineering
Andrew Taylor is the VP of Engineering at PNI Sensor Corporation. Prior to joining in 2006, Dr. Taylor held various product development and engineering management positions at JDS Uniphase, where most recently he served as an Engineering Project Manager for opto-electro-mechanical systems. Taylor has over 11 years of R&D leadership experience with a proven track record of leading cross-organizational product development teams from concept through product launch with outsourced manufacturing. At PNI, he is focused on the development of PNI's next generation of magneto-inductive sensor technology, as well as leading R&D activities around sensor fusion algorithms for challenging service environments. Taylor earned his Ph.D. in Ceramic and Materials Engineering, an M.S. in Ceramic Science and Engineering, and a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering, from Rutgers University. He holds 7 U.S. patents, has 2 U.S. patents pending, and his academic career was distinguished with a two-year merit-based Fellowship from the Corning Foundation. |

Eric Walters
VP Finance
Eric Walters is the VP of Finance and Secretary at PNI Sensor Corporation. Prior to joining the company in 1999, Mr. Walters held various accounting and financial planning positions at Sola Optical and Bushnell/Bausch & Lomb Sports Optics. Mr. Walters' experience includes financial system implementations and financial process integration of acquired companies. Mr. Walters holds a B.S. in Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and an MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. |
