Sub-1° accuracy in real-world conditions
Digital Magnetic Compass TCM-XB & TCM-MB
For applications that require consistency and accurate heading, pitch and roll in all latitudes globally, TCM-XB and TCM-MB are high-performance, low-power consumption, tilt-compensated electronic 6-axis digital compass modules with 0.3° RMS heading accuracy.

PNI’s TCM was the first electronically tilt compensated compass to replace gimbled flux gate compasses that only worked when level. PNI pioneered the first digital magnetic compass that worked in real-world conditions and Its reliability has been field tested for over 20 years.
Two form factors are available — the TCM-MB offers the same features and accuracy as the TCM-XB in a smaller footprint with TTL output.
Unlike other digital magnetic compasses, TCM-XB and TCM-MB with PNI’s high sensitivity magnetic sensors provides accurate heading even at high latitudes where magnetic compassing signals are small, making accurate determination of heading difficult.
